Indiabulls Ventures Ltd allots 10828784 Equhy Shares

On April 10, 2015, Indiabulls Ventures Ltd, has issued and allotted 1,08,28,784 (One Crore Eight Lacs Twenty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Four) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, upon conversion of equivalent number of warrants.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 58,43,26,164/- divided into 29,21,63,082 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
