Krishna Enterprises announces partial redemption of NCDs

Krishna Enterprises (Housing & Infrastructures) India Pvt Ltd had partially redeemed the 550 Series A and 128 Series B, redeemable, fully secured, non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs. 6,66,666.64/- each ("NCDs") on March 31, 2015 and confirm that the necessary payments have been made to all beneficiaries.
