Kridhan Infra Ltd approves conversion of warrants

The holders of 10,55,000 Warrants (namely Kridhan Petrochemicals Private Limited - the Promoter Group company - 7,55,000 Warrants) and Hrishita Investments Advisory Private Limited (Non Promoter - 3,00,000 Warrants) have exercised their right of conversion of Warrants issued by Kridhan Infra Ltd into equity shares and accordingly the Board of Directors at their meeting held on April 09, 2015 have allotted 52,75,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up on account of conversion of 10,55,000 Warrants (Post sub-division of the face value of Equity Shares from Rs.10/- to Rs.2/-, 10,55,000 Warrants have become 52,75,000 Warrants) into 52,75,000 Equity shares.(in the ratio of 1 Equity share for every 1 warrant held).
