Zee Learn Ltd allots SRNCDs worth Rs. 65 crores

The Issue and Allotment Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Zee Learn Ltd at its meeting held on March 30, 2015, has pursuant to Section 42, 71 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the rules made there under and approval of the Shareholders of the Company obtained vide postal ballot process on March 25, 2015, issued and allotted 650 (Six Hundred Fifty) numbers of Rated, Unlisted, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs only) each, for cash, aggregating to Rs. 65,00,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Five Crores only), on the terms and conditions contained in the Information Memorandum dated March 30, 2015 on private placement basis.

Shares of ZEE LEARN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.37.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 37.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11239 in over 147 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 37.9 and intraday low of 37.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 422180.
