Hexaware Technologies Ltd approves ESOP2015

The Board of Directors has approved the Hexaware Technologies Limited - Employee Stock Options Plan 2015 subject to the approval of the shareholders for the employees and eligible Directors of the Company and its subsidiaries. This replaces the Hexaware Technologies Limited - Employee Stock Appreciation Rights Plan 2015 which was approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on February 10, 2015.
