REC fixes Rs. 315 as Floor Price for Offer for Sale by Government of India

The President of India, acting through and represented by the Ministry of Power, Government of India is the promoter of Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd has fixed the Floor Price of the Offer in terms of the SEBI OFS circulars shall be Rs. 315/- (Rupees Three hundred and fifteen only) per equity share of Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd.

Shares of RURAL ELECTRIFICATION CORPORATION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.321.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 335.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 879247 in over 13338 trades.
