Future Retail Ltd allots 6000 NCDs

The Committee of Directors of Future Retail Ltd has at their meeting held on April 06, 2015, considered, approved & allotted of 6,000, 10.25% Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") of Rs. 10 lakh each, aggregating to Rs. 600.00 crore, on private placement basis.

The said NCDs shall be listed on Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited.

These NCDs have been rated CARE AA- (Double A minus) by Credit Analysis & Research Limited (CARE).

Shares of FUTURE RETAIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.99.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 102.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 66747 in over 1447 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 103.15 and intraday low of 99.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6705861.
