The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of IIFL Holdings Ltd by way of circular resolution dated March 25, 2015, allotted 10,40,350 equity shares to the eligible employee{s) upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 30,91,93,598 equity shares to 31,02,33,948 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
