State Bank of Travancore Updates on Right Issue

The Issue of 1,18,50,694 Equity Shares with a face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Rights Equity Shares") for Cash at a Price of Rs. 400/- including a Premium of Rs. 390/- Per Equity Share aggregating to Rs. 474.03 Crores to the Existing Equity Shareholders of State Bank of Travancore ("Bank"/"Issuer') on Rights Basis in the Ratio of 1 (One) Rights Equity Shares for Every 5 (Five) Equity Shares held on the Record Date i.e. March 04, 2015 ("Rights Issue"/ "Issue"), which is scheduled to open on March 17, 2015 and to close on March 31, 2015.

Shares of STATE BANK OF TRAVANCORE was last trading in BSE at Rs.424.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 435.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 47095 in over 621 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 435.2 and intraday low of 420. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19984076.
