Gujarat Sidhee Cement Ltd allots 2 crores Equity Shares

At the meeting of the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors held on March 23, 2015 Gujarat Sidhee Cement Ltd has allotted 2,00,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each on which Rs. 2.50 each is paid-up to Bhadra Consultancy Private Limited, in compliance to the Order dated December 06, 2012 of Hon'ble BIFR. These shares, on being fully paid, shall rank pari passu with existing shares.
