Stampede Capital Ltd to consider allotment of 1541000 shares

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Stampede Capital Ltd will be held on March 25, 2015, to consider Allotment of 15,41,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs. 207/- per share including the premium of Rs. 197/- per share on Preferential basis, pursuant to the approval given by the shareholders of the Company by way of Postal Ballot on March 16, 2015.
