Capital First Ltd closes QIP

The Capital Raising Committee (the "Committee") of the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd, at its meeting held on March 24, 2015, has decided to close the Issue and has accorded its consent for the issue of 76,92,300 Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 390/- per Equity share (Including a premium of Rs. 380/- per Equity Share) aggregating to Rs. 299,99,97,000/- In accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement document dated March 24, 2015 and the provisions of Chapter VIII of the ICDR Regulations.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.374.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 377.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 78839 in over 3960 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 381.7 and intraday low of 361.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 29296716.
