Subex Ltd allots 1598746 shares on conversion of FCCBs

Subex Ltd has allotted 15,98,746 equity shares pursuant to the conversion of US$ 650,000 out of the Company's US$ 127,721,000 5.70 per cent secured convertible bonds due 2017 on March 24, 2015. Post the conversion, FCCBs aggregating to US$ 81.53 million are outstanding under the said Bonds.

Subject to the listing & trading approval of the stock exchanges the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 181,32,38,290 to Rs.182,92,25,750.

Shares of SUBEX LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.9.37 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 9.57. The total number of shares traded during the day was 273292 in over 863 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 9.72 and intraday low of 9.32. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2583686.
