Visagar Polytex Ltd Board to consider Bonus Issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Visagar Polytex Ltd will be held on April 06, 2015, to consider the issuance of Bonus Equity Shares by capitalization of Free Reserves / Securities Premium Account.

The Board will approve the increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company, if required consequent to the bonus issue.

The Board will approve draft notice of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting to be sent to all the Equity Shareholders of the Company.

The Board will change in accounting year of the Company from the existing July - June to financial year April - March.

The Board will also consider proposal to appoint Secretarial and Internal Auditors of the Company.

Further, in accordance with Model Code of Conduct pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations 1992, and the Code of Conduct framed for Prevention of Insider Trading by the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from April 02, 2015 and would open on April 08, 2015, i.e., after the announcement of the issuance of bonus shares.

Shares of VISAGAR POLYTEX LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.840.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 895.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6333 in over 523 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 912 and intraday low of 721. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5478380.
