IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd allots 558427 Equity Shares under ESOP 2009 Scheme

On March 23, 2015 IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has allotted 558,427 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each to the employees / Director of the Company / Directors of the subsidiaries of the Company on exercise of options granted under Employees Stock Options Scheme 2009 at a price of Rs. 58.90 per Equity Share.

Accordingly, the Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs.1,115,643,910 to Rs. 1,121,228,180 comprising of 112,122,818 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each fully paid up.
