Consequent to exercise of Stock Options granted by Zee Learn Ltd under its ESOP Scheme, the Company has on March 23, 2015 allotted total 37,688 Equity shares consisting of 10,688 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 20.85 per Equity Share and 27,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 14.50 per Equity Share.
