MPS fixes QIP issue price as Rs. 836

At the meeting of the QIP Committee of the Board of Directors (the "Committee") of MPS Ltd held on March 17, 2015, the issue price of Rs. 836 per equity share has been fixed in relation to the Qualified Institutional Placement after considering a discount of approx. 4.95% i.e. Rs. 43.54 per equity share on the floor price of Rs. 879.54 per equity share as determined in terms of SEBI regulations.

Shares of MPS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.875.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 901.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 452 in over 78 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 890 and intraday low of 875.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 398937.
