Capital First Ltd opens preferential issue

The Capital Raising Committee (the "Committee") of the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd at its meeting held on March 19, 2015 has decided to open the Issue to be undertaken in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VIII of the ICDR Regulations.

Further the Company has informed that, the floor price in respect of the Issue, based on the pricing formula as prescribed under Regulation 85 of the ICDR Regulations is Rs. 409.90/- per equity share of the Company, and the 'relevant date' for this purpose, in terms of Regulation 81(c) (i) of the ICDR Regulations, is March 19, 2015.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.383.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 386.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 40100 in over 2450 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 395.3 and intraday low of 382. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 15463620.
