Phoenix Mills Ltd allots 51250 Shares

The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Phoenix Mills Ltd in its meeting held on March 18, 2015, has allotted 51,250 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up at an exercise price of Rs. 270/- per share to the employees upon exercise of stock options pursuant to the Phoenix Mills Employees Stock Option Plan 2007 of the Company.

Consequent upon allotment of the above shares, the equity share capital of the Company stand increased from present level of 144,905,445 (Nos.) to 144,956,695 (Nos.) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of The Phoenix Mills Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.367.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 370.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1164 in over 344 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 381.85 and intraday low of 362. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 431246.
