Welspun India Ltd allots 4500 Equity Shares under ESOP

The Finance and Administration Committee of the Board of Directors of Welspun India Ltd at its meeting held on March 17, 2015, has allotted 4,500 equity shares to the employees of the Company who had exercised their options under ESOP scheme of the Company. The equity shares allotted rank pari passu in all respect, including dividend, with the existing equity shares of the Company.

Shares of WELSPUN INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.337.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 327.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11007 in over 612 trades.
