Valecha Engineering Ltd approves preferential issue of 30 lakh shares

The Board of Directors of Valecha Engineering Ltd at its meeting held on March 13, 2015, has approved the Issue on preferential basis upto 30,00,000 (Thirty Lac) Equity Shares to identified entities in accordance with Chapter VII - Preferential Issue of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2009 and applicable laws.
