Zee Media Corporation Ltd apporves rights issue letter of offer

The Board of Directors of Zee Media Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on March 16, 2015, has approved the Letter of Offer for the proposed Rights issue of up to 1,08,643,732 Equity Shares of Re. 1 each of the Company at the issue price of Rs. 18 per Share (including premium of Rs. 17 per Share) aggregating to Rs. 1955.59 Million.

The Rights Issue shall Open on March 25, 2015 and Close of April 08, 2015.

Shares of Zee Media Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.17.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 17.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 219082 in over 520 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 17.5 and intraday low of 17.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3782319.
