Intellect Design Arena Ltd allots 119500 shares under ASOP

The Board of Directors of Intellect Design Arena Ltd at its meeting held on March 16, 2015, has approved, the allotment of 119,500 numbers of Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each to 19 (Nineteen) Associates under ASOP 2003 Scheme and 29,250 numbers of Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each to 14 (Fourteen) Associates under ASOP 2011 Scheme.
