The Compensation Committee of Aurobindo Pharma Ltd on March 12, 2015 has made allotment of 1,86,354 Equity Shares of Re.1/- each under ESOP-2006 Scheme of the Company, Consequent to the allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 29,17,95,921 Equity Shares of Re.1/- each to 29,19,82,275 Equity Shares of Re.1/- each.
