Farmax India Ltd allots 20930015 shares

The Board of Directors of Farmax India Ltd at its meeting held on March 10, 2015, has approved the allotment of 2,09,30,015 equity shares to promoters and others on preferential basis at an issue price of Rs. 1.32/- per share.
