Anar Industries Ltd calls for Board Meeting on March 17, 2015

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Anar Industries Ltd will be held on March 17, 2015, to consider and allot upto 37 Lacs Equity Shares to non promoters, on preferential basis subject to approval of members in General Meeting.

The Board will also fix date, time and venue for convening General Meeting of the Members of the Company for considering preferential allotment of equity shares to non-promoters as mentioned above.
