HDFC allots 475405 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

On March 09, 2015 Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has allotted 4,75,405 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 314,72,00,360 consisting of 157,36,00,180 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
