Rohit Ferro-Tech Ltd withdraws preferential issue

The Board of Directors of Rohit Ferro-Tech Ltd vide their resolution dated March 09, 2015 has, considered and transacted the withdrawal of the preferential issue of 7,12,05,000 convertible Warrants of Rs. 20/- each to the Promoters Group and other than Promoter Group as approved by the shareholders of the Company through Postal Ballot Notice dated January 10, 2015.

The Board has decided to plan a fresh Preferential Issue in Compliance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009, Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws, rules and regulations, in due course.

Shares of ROHIT FERRO-TECH LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 8.04. The total number of shares traded during the day was 45292 in over 189 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8.05 and intraday low of 7.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 359169.
