Ultracab (India) Ltd approves preferential issue

The Board of Directors of Ultracab (India) Ltd at its meeting held on March 09, 2015, has proposed the issue of securities on preferential basis and to consider March 09, 2015 as relevant date for the preferential Issue.

The Board approved the List of persons to whom offer is to be made and fixed the date of EGM and approved Draft Notice of EGM.

The Board will also appoint scruitiniser for Preferential allotment.
