Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd allots 23065 Equity Shares under various ESOP Schemes

On March 05, 2015, Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd has issued and allotted 23,065 (Twenty Three Thousand and Sixty Five only) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each being issued to the eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 71,11,28,932/- divided into 35,55,64,466 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
