Siti Cable Network approves QIP price at Rs. 35

The QIP Committee of the Board of Siti Cable Network Ltd at its meeting held on March 04, 2015 has approved the closing of issue w.e.f. March 04, 2015 i.e. with immediate effect.

The Board determined and approved the issue price of Rs. 35/- per Equity Share (which is at a discount of Rs. 1.41/- per Equity Share on the Floor Price of Rs. 36.41 per Equity Share) including premium of Rs. 34/- per Equity Share.

The Board approved the placement document and also approved the Confirmation of Allocation Note.

Shares of SITI CABLE NETWORK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.37.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 36.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 359807 in over 3517 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 38.5 and intraday low of 35.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13482978.
