Prime Focus Ltd approves allotment of convertible debentures

The Board of Directors of Prime Focus Ltd at its meeting held on March 04, 2015, have approved the allotment of 2,891 unlisted, unrated, redeemable Debentures not convertible into Equity Shares of the Company, of face value Rs. 1,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs. 28,91,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Eight Crores Ninety One Lacs), to certain pre-identified persons on a private placement basis.

Shares of PRIME FOCUS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.42 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 43.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21519 in over 255 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 44 and intraday low of 41.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 922640.
