IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd allots 432206 Equity Shares under ESOP 2009 Schemes

On February 27, 2015 IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd had allotted 4,32,206 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each to the employees/ Directors of the subsidiaries of the Company on exercise of options granted under Employees Stock Options Scheme 2009 at a price of Rs. 58.90 per Equity Share.

Accordingly, the Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 89,85,77,430 to Rs. 90,28,99,490 comprising of 9,02,89,949 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each fully paid up. The Authorized Share Capital of the Company has remained at Rs. 700 Crores.
