Sesa Sterlite Ltd allots 4800 equity shares out of shares kept in abeyance

The CFO Committee of Sesa Sterlite Ltd, at its Meeting held on February 23, 2015, have issued and allotted 4,800 equity shares of Re. 1/-each out of 3,15,432 equity shares of Re. 1/- each, kept in abeyance.

With the said allotment the Paid up Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 2,964,694,239. The said shares shall rank pari passu in all respect with the existing equity shares of the Company.

The other formalities for listing for said equity shares will be complied with in due course.

Shares of Sesa Sterlite Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.221.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 217.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 376992 in over 6861 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 222.55 and intraday low of 217.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 83072372.
