Steel Strips Wheels Ltd grants 150000 options under "ESOS 2014"

The Employee Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Steel Strips Wheels Ltd, in its meeting held on March 02, 2015 have granted 1,50,000 options to eligible employees of the Company in accordance with "Steel Strips Wheels Limited- Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2014 ('ESOS 2014'). Each option shall entitle the holder to acquire 1 equity share of Rs. 10/- of the Company at a price of Rs. 100/- per share.
