Sequent Scientific Ltd approves issue of warrants to Promoters on preferential Basis

The Board of Directors of Sequent Scientific Ltd on March 02, 2015 has approved the issue of 2,200,000 warrants to Promoters / Promoter Group and Non-promoters, subject to the approval of members and necessary regulatory approvals.

The warrants will be convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each and will be issued at a price not lower than the price specified in Chapter VII of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 and on such further terms and conditions specified in the said guidelines.

Shares of SEQUENT SCIENTIFIC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.518.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 484.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 48569 in over 2011 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 529 and intraday low of 480. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 24689728.
