Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd approves QIP issue price of Rs. 478.18

The Finance Committee (the "Committee") of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on February 27, 2015, has approved the closure of the Issue on February 27, 2015.

The committee approved the issue price of Rs. 478.18 per Equity Share (the "issue Price"). The Issue Price is at discount of 3.39 percent (amounting to Rs. 16.77 per equity share) to the Floor Price of Rs. 494.95 per Equity Shares and also approved and adopted the Placement Document (PD) dated February 27, 2015, in connection with the Issue.

Shares of DEWAN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.509.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 498.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 91532 in over 5763 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 511 and intraday low of 496.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 46370407.
