Asya Infosoft Ltd to issue 1.25 crore warrants at Rs. 22.75

The Board of Directors of Asya Infosoft Ltd at its meeting held on February 27, 2015, has approved the proposal to increase the Authorized Capital from Rs. 10 crore to Rs. 18 crore and issue 1,25,00,000 (One Crore Twenty five lacs) warrants at issue price of Rs. 22.75/- each on a preferential basis to non-promoters. The issue will be subject to compliance of SEBI (Issue of Capital & Disclosures Requirement) Regulations, 2009 and applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Each warrant will be converted into one equity share of Rs. 10/- each within a period of 18 months from the date of allotment.

The Board also approved proposal to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on March 25, 2015 at 10.30 A.M at the Registered Office of the Company and to approve its draft notice.

The Board appointed Advocate Ishan P. Shah, Ahmedabad as scrutinizer to conduct e-voting/voting process in a fair and transparent manner.

Shares of Asya Infosoft Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.28.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 30.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21216 in over 224 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 31.5 and intraday low of 28.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 620840.
