Garware Polyester Ltd has redeemed 54,46,000 - 0.01% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares (CRPS) of Rs. 100/- each aggregating to Rs. 54.46 crore issued and allotted to IDBI Bank Ltd. by paying Rs. 40 crore as One Time Settlement (OTS) in full and final payment of the said CRPS.
