SFL Shares Trust sells stake in Sundaram Finance Ltd

The Trustees of SFL Shares Trust have sold the entire 17,37,012 equity shares held in Sundaram Finance Ltd on February 26, 2015 at an average price of Rs.1520/- per share. Therefore, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares will open from March 02, 2015 for promoters, directors, officers and designated employees of the Company.

Shares of SUNDARAM FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1500.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1479.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1749281 in over 2296 trades.
