Bharti Airtel Limited (the Company) has completed the sale of 55 million equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to 2.91% of total paid up capital of Bharti Infratel Limited. Consequently the Company's shareholding in Bharti Infratel Limited will stand reduced to 71.90%.

The applicable disclosures under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 will be submitted in due course.
