Sakthi Finance to raise Rs. 100 crores through Public Issue of SRNCDs

Sakthi Finance Ltd has announced the Opening and Closing Dates of Public Issue of Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (SRNCDs) aggregating to Rs. 100 Crore.

The Issue Opens on February 27, 2015 and closes on March 19, 2015.

Shares of SAKTHI FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.17 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 17.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5482 in over 33 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 17.45 and intraday low of 16.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 93246.
