Wockhardt Ltd allots 6750 Equity Shares pursuant to exercise of Stock Options

The Share Allotment Committee of Wockhardt Ltd has allotted 6,750 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each at their meeting held on February 25, 2015, pursuant to exercise of employee stock options by the employees under Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2011 of the Company.

Pursuant to the above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 550,330,765 (110,066,153 equity share of Rs. 5/- each) to Rs. 550,364,515 (110,072,903 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each).

Shares of WOCKHARDT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1605.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1568.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 338395 in over 27102 trades.
