Lyka Labs Ltd allots warrants

The Board of Directors of Lyka Labs Ltd at its meeting held on February 24, 2015, has allotted 230000 Warrants of Rs. 28/- each to N. I. Gandhi (HUF) and Enai Trading and Investment Pvt. Ltd of Promoter Group aggregating 460000 Warrants under Series - I on Preferential basis with a conversion into Equity within a period of 18 months from the date of Allotment.
