WEP Solutions Ltd grants 254000 options

The Nomination and Compensation Committee of WEP Solutions Ltd at its meeting held on February 14, 2015 has approved grant of 2,54,000 Options at an exercise price of Rs. 10/- (Rupees 10 Only) per share to eligible employees of the Company under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2011.
