HDFC Bank Ltd allots 1776250 Equity Shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank Ltd has allotted on February 23, 2015, 1776250 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5007050534 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 5010603034 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1066.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1072.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 77638 in over 4959 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1081.75 and intraday low of 1061.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 83182703.
