Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd cancels preferential issue

The Board of Directors of Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd at its meeting held on February 21, 2015, decided the cancellation of Preferential Issue of Warrants that was approved at the Board Meeting held on February 10, 2015 and cancellation of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company which was proposed to be held on March 14, 2015 to appoint Mr. Krishen Dev as an Independent Director of the Company by way of Postal Ballot.

Shares of EVEREST KANTO CYLINDER LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.13.37 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12.38. The total number of shares traded during the day was 242481 in over 1701 trades.
