Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd allots 1015000 shares

The Board of Directors of Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd at its meeting held on February 21, 2015, has made the Allotment of 10,15,000 Equity Shares of the Company to the 'Promoter's Group and Others', consequent upon the exercise of conversion option attached to 10,15,000 Warrants earlier allotted to them on preferential basis on March 07, 2014, in terms of Stock Exchange in-principle approval letter dated March 03, 2014.

With the aforesaid allotment, the total Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company has been enhanced from Rs. 15,18,60,000/- to Rs. 16,20,10,000/- divided into 1,62,01,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of GANESHA ECOSPHERE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.138.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 135.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 24584 in over 139 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 139.5 and intraday low of 136. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3402459.
