Sakthi Finance Ltd Updates on Filing of Prospectus for Public Issue of SRNCDs

Sakthi Finance Ltd had earlier filed the draft Prospectus for public issue of 1,00,00,000 Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 100 each aggregating to Rs. 100 crores with the exchange.

The Prospectus dated February 18, 2015 was filed with ROC, Tamilnadu, Coimbatore on February 18, 2015 and it has been registered with ROC on February 19, 2015.
