KPIT Technologies Ltd allots 404400 shares under ESOS

The Board of Directors of KPIT Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on February 19, 2015, has approved the allotment of 404,400 equity shares under the employees' stock option schemes of the Company.

The Board also accepted the resignation of Mr. Amit Kalyani as a director of the Company.

Shares of KPIT Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.208.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 208.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 271747 in over 6145 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 214.7 and intraday low of 207. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 57304221.
